RETURN POLICY

 

Beginning with our first sale it has always been our policy to provide our customers with quality gear and awesome customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase,* provided that the following guidelines are followed:

 

RETURN GUIDELINES:

1) All returned items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

2) Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded unless we made an error filling your order.

3) Return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error filling your order.

4) All refunds will be made via the original payment method.

5) Items sold as “Close-Out “ are only returnable if received damaged or defective.

6) Custom items are not returnable unless they are defective.

7) All damaged or defective goods must be reported to SDS within three business days of  receipt of the order, failure to do so will exempt SDS from any liability to accept them for return.

 

*Exceptions to our 30 day return policy

1) Electronic items are not returnable unless they are unused and complete in their original packaging. Defective electronic items must be returned to the manufacturer per their warranty requirements.

2) Any items that are damaged by customer neglect or misuse are not returnable.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR CREDIT

1) Call SDS (1-800-8443647) to arrange for the return and obtain a RMA number.

2) The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. SDS strongly recommends that all returns be insured against loss or damage. SDS is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit.

3) A credit or refund will be issued by SDS to the customer once the returned product is received and  adherence to these guidelines is verified.
