All high value orders are insured and require a signature upon delivery. This insurance protects you against any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. 


SDS ships all orders via Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. We will determine which carrier is used based on cost and  transit time. Our customers are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred while in transit to them. Customers need to provide both a physical address and their mailing address at the time they place their order. Failure to do so may delay their shipment.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES within the United Sates:

* All orders totaling less than $149 in merchandise, including any discounts, will be charged a flat S&H fee of $6.95.

* All orders totaling more than $149 in merchandise, including any discounts, will be shipped FREE

* SDS does not ship internet orders outside the United States due to varying S&H costs, Canadian customers can call 1-800-844-3647 to place an order.


SDS works very hard to process all orders in a timely fashion. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Order processing time varies based on order volume, seasonality, and inventory availability.

Please keep in mind that many of our orders require personalization and this takes extra time to produce.



Transit time will depend on the method of shipment used and to where it is being shipped.

Our typical order takes 3 to 8 days to be delivered once it is processed. Occasionally, although rare, something out of our control may effect delivery time. (such as adverse weather conditions)
